Pure are recruiting a temporary credit controller for a well-established business based in Ipswich.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their finance team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively chase outstanding debts by phone, email, and letter
2. Manage the debtor ledger and ensure timely payments
3. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
4. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
5. Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and disputes

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar credit control role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage own workload effectively
