Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and pursue timely collections of outstanding balances.
• Monitor aged debt and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with Partners, fee earners and clients to support debt recovery.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries and payment issues to minimise delays in collections.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity and account status updates.
• Reconcile client accounts and identify discrepancies requiring action.
• Prepare regular aged debt and collections reports for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to cash flow objectives by reducing debtor days and improving collection performance.

The Successful Applicant

• Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and discussing outstanding balances.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining financial records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
