You will play a key role in ensuring effective credit control processes, supporting the wider finance function, and acting as a crucial point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively chasing outstanding debt, ensuring timely collection.

• Handling queries quickly and professionally.

• Setting up new customer accounts.

• Completing credit checks.

• Communicating account status updates clearly to customers.

• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes.

• Producing financial reports, such as cash allocation reports.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience in a Credit Control or similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.

• Sufficient experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve independently.
