Element Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established organisation in Bristol. Our client is seeking a Permanent Credit Controller to join their team in Bristol. This dynamic role involves maximising collections and ensuring a smooth relationship with customers while adhering to the company's credit policy.

• Review and monitor overdue debts related to contracts.
• Assess un-invoiced revenue for contracts weekly.
• Effectively implement the company's credit policy.
• Address and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Contact customers to arrange timely payments of overdue balances.
• Prepare and issue Notice of Intentions and Legal Packs.
• Escalate accounts as per the agreed collection paths.
• Process credit card payments and log queries appropriately.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers and agencies.
