So, who are we looking for?

You’ll be a detail-oriented professional assisting with all aspects of credit control for service charges, rent and/or utilities recharges in accordance with debt collection procedure for all England & Wales managed properties.

You’ll bring with you professionalism and a positive attitude as you work collaboratively with internal departments to assist with customer queries and deliver first class customer service.

And what will you be doing?

No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:

• Ensure the database is kept up to date with notes of all customer communication in relation to debt chasing
• Ensure that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs
• Review accounts during each step of the credit control process to ensure all queries are closed prior to instructing solicitors
• Work as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control shared inbox
