Savills in Birmingham is seeking a confident Credit Controller to join our team. You’ll manage your own portfolio, handle high‑volume processing, and build strong tenant relationships to support cash flow and reporting.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work closely with the Finance team in a collaborative environment and contribute to the delivery of accurate, timely financial data.

Qualificações

• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling high-volume credit control and cash collection is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with tenants and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage own portfolio of accounts and tenants.
• Process invoices and payments in high volume with accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships to support timely collections and reporting.
