Radley Schools Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Credit Controller to join its Finance Team. Based at Radley College, between Oxford and Abingdon, this full-time role manages credit control for seven prep schools and supports Radley College finances.

Job description

Radley Schools Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Credit Controller to join its Finance Team.

Based at Radley College (situated between Oxford and Abingdon), this is an all-year, full-time role. The successful candidate will be customer-focused and play a key role in the effective administration, collection and management of school fees.

This newly created role will be part of the small, experienced Finance Team who work closely together. The position will be split across the Radley Schools Group and Radley College Finance Team, with approximately three days per week dedicated to managing credit control for all seven prep schools within the Group, and two days per week supporting the wider financial operations of Radley College.

Managing the credit control for all seven prep schools, you will be responsible for the whole process of fee collection once bills have been raised. Consistency is key, and you will implement robust processes to ensure that the aged receivables balance is maintained at a manageable level.

As Credit Controller, you will support the Fees Team with our termly billing and ensure the timely collection of fees. Key to the role is building and maintaining positive relationships with parents and guardians, delivering a professional and empathetic service to families, while also providing finance support to Radley College as part of the wider Finance Team.
