Credit Control Team Leader
Location: London Campus
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (1 day working from home)

Role Summary

As Credit Control Team Leader, you\'ll lead a dynamic team across multiple locations, overseeing the full revenue collection cycle for QA Higher Education. You\'ll manage four distinct sales ledgers tied to key education partners, ensuring efficient cash flow and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue creation and collection across four sales ledgers, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.
  • Deliver insightful financial analytics to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage high volumes of communication with internal and external stakeholders, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Lead and support a team of three direct reports, fostering performance and development.
  • Drive debt collection efforts, manage instalment plans, and follow up on Student Finance England approvals.
  • Support the Credit Manager with operational tasks, including process improvements and workflow optimisation.
