The Role:

As the Credit Supervisor, you'll lead a small, dynamic team and take ownership of the credit control function. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the credit control team and ensuring smooth operations.
• Managing debt collection and reducing aged debt.

• Producing reports for senior management.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Additional responsibilities include legal collections and credit insurance renewals.
