Qualifications

• GCSE English language and maths required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in a similar administration role in a finance environment.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience with SAP, Sage 500 or Sage X3 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer receipts and perform credit control tasks.
• Make payment/credit collection calls with customers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Process receipts in Sage and issue credit notes.
• Liaise with logistics and sales teams on shipments and orders.
• Interact with banks on export documentation and complete daily admin tasks.
