Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer account receivables
• Conduct payment chasing activities via telephone and email
• Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
• Prepare aged debt reports and analysis
• Liaise with internal departments regarding customer queries
• Support month-end reporting processes
• Assist with credit limit assessments and recommendations
• Handle customer payment allocation and reconciliation

Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year's experience in finance or credit control
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Professional telephone manner for customer interactions
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance function
