Agincare Head Office Services is seeking a Credit Control Assistant to help maintain healthy cash flow, support accurate billing, and enhance the customer experience across our Dorset-based office.
You will manage statements, chase overdue amounts, and support financial reporting while collaborating with care home managers and local councils to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

We’re looking for someone who combines excellent numerical and organisational skills with a proactive, professional approach.You’ll be comfortable managing your own workload and confident in dealing with colleagues and clients at all levels .
You’ll have:
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A confident , customer-focused approach
Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel
Experience working with financial databases or credit control systems
Experience in a similar credit control or finance role
