Responsibilities

• Uploading and query resolution through customer portals.
• Provide administrative support to Credit Controllers.
• Systems maintenance of the sales ledger.
• Answering queries and requirements in the finance inbox.
• Raise credit requests.
• Issue copy invoices to customers when requested.
• Obtain/provide backup customer paperwork to support issued invoices.
• PO chasing.
