Job summary

Lendable, a fast-growing fintech in London, offers a 10-week internship starting 29 June 2027 with a salary of £50,000 per annum. We’re seeking a super smart student who enjoys numbers and problem solving to apply skills in a startup environment and make a big impact.

Qualifications

• University student in penultimate year (undergrad, masters or PhD).
• Must have coding skills in Python or SQL.
• Strong numerical ability and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate key insights from data and drive strategic change.
• Model future default rates and inform lending decisions (NPV).
• Use data to decide who/ how much to lend, and how economy shifts affect this.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and adjust lending strategy, pricing, and fraud detection.
• Present findings to senior leaders and work with product/tech to implement.
