Job summary

Lendable is hiring a 10-week internship starting 29 June 2027 in London. You will work in a fast-growing fintech, using Python/SQL to analyze data, model lending scenarios, and influence strategy in a startup environment. The role suits a university student who loves numbers and problem solving, with hybrid in-office and remote collaboration.

You will present insights to senior leaders and work with product and tech to implement changes that impact credit, pricing, and fraud detection.

Qualifications

• Must have coding skills in Python or SQL.
• Strong numerical ability and comfort with large data sets.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset for analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate key insights from data and drive strategy changes.
• Model data to inform NPV and future default rate projections.
• Decide lending amounts and risk tolerance using data and market signals.
• Test hypotheses and influence pricing, lending, and fraud controls.
• Present findings to senior leaders and partner with product/tech to implement.
