Credit Analyst - Large Corporate -
What You'll Be Doing Each Day:

1. Focus on Large Corporate credit business, with potential coverage of other sectors based on proposals from the front office.
2. Prepare credit evaluation reports covering transaction overview, financial and non-financial risk analysis, key risks with mitigation strategies, and credit recommendations, including credit enhancements and management conditions.
3. Assist in implementing credit risk appetite, policies, procedures, and management processes, ensuring compliance with credit policies.
4. Provide objective and independent challenges and guidance on proposals from the Front Office; draft and present credit opinions to the Credit Committee.
5. Ensure timely turnaround of credit proposals and reviews, adhering to departmental objectives.
6. Deliver professional risk analysis and mitigation measures to Head of CRD, DGM (credit), and credit committee.
7. Conduct post-lending management, including monitoring credit exposures, borrower financial performance, and compliance with loan conditions throughout the loan term.
8. Perform credit reviews and research industry/customer information for new proposals and annually for existing clients.
9. Proactively monitor industry trends and counterparty risks for early warning signals.
