As a Creche Assistant, you will create a safe, secure, and stimulating creche environment where children can explore their potential. You’ll consider their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development through play and education, keeping up with the latest childcare legislation. We’ll provide opportunities for training in new techniques and approaches. To join us, you need proven experience in a creche environment.

You should be qualified to NNEB, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, and ideally have EYPS, Paediatric First Aid certifications. Most importantly, you should be passionate about creating great experiences for children and their families.

• Create a safe, secure, and stimulating creche environment.
• Consider children’s development across multiple domains through play and education.
• Provide equipment for play and learning activities.
• Ensure the creche is safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Liaise with parents and carers in an informative and appropriate manner.
