Qualifications

• Experience building data-led acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ability to design experiments on small-n real-world populations and extract signals.
• Strong written and verbal communication for strategists, engineers, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design and run structured experiments across the creator lifecycle: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and commercial performance.
• Execute an experimentation roadmap across the client portfolio—validating hypotheses and surfacing opportunities.
• Build and iterate engagement, retention, and incentive strategies: commissions, tiering, gifting cadences.
• Identify leading indicators that predict campaign success and signals for intervention.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative creator insight to explain not just what works, but why.
• Turn validated learnings into repeatable frameworks for platform automation.
• Own the experiment log and framework library as core company assets.
