Just Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for a well-established family-run business near Colchester, Essex.

You will lead a fast-paced workshop, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and ensure quality in bespoke, project-based work while maintaining internal systems through strong computer literacy. The role runs Monday–Friday with overtime as workload dictates, and requires a full UK driving licence.
