Job summary

Just Recruitment is supporting a well-established family-run business near Colchester in finding an experienced Workshop Manager to join the team.

You will oversee the workshop, interpret client briefs, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met with strong IT skills and a hands-on leadership style. Hours are Monday to Friday with overtime as needed, and a full UK driving licence is essential due to location.
