Job summary

Britten Pears Arts is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager on a maternity cover basis to lead the presentation of our Snape Maltings retail spaces. You will drive seasonal launches, create engaging displays and collaborate with Buying, Retail Operations, Stock Control and Maintenance teams to maximise sales and customer experience.

We value creativity with commercial awareness, the ability to analyse sales data, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Recent visual merchandising experience in lifestyle/homeware/fashion retail.
• Strong eye for colour, presentation and storytelling.
• Commercial awareness; use sales data to inform merchandising decisions.
• Leadership or mentoring of merchandising colleagues.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual presentation of retail spaces across the site.
• Oversee the Visual Merchandising team and support their development.
• Analyse product performance to inform merchandising decisions.
• Ensure stores are presented to the highest standard.
