Job summary

Bravissimo, Warwick-based lingerie retailer, is seeking a Visual Merchandising lead to drive in-store presentation and customer experience. This hybrid, 30-hour fixed-term role reports to Retail & Customer Experience Manager and focuses on windows, displays, and VM guidelines.

You will collaborate with Brand, Design, Merchandising and Retail Ops to deliver inspiring shop environments, manage VM budget, and support ongoing customer engagement across the Bravissimo estate.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading the development and execution of visual guidelines across a retail estate.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and lead projects.
• Experience briefing and working with external suppliers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of all window displays in shops, on time and to budget.
• Produce VM communications and engagement for shops with delivery details.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Merchandising, Product and Retail Ops to achieve objectives.
• Develop layouts and merchandising solutions for new and existing investments.
• Lead budget planning and cost controls within Visual Merchandising.
