Job summary

Primark in Oldham is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create compelling in-store displays and windows that reflect the Primark customer. You will work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to style mannequins and present products attractively.

The role requires creativity with fashion trends, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining up-to-date signage and POS materials. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends on a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and visual merchandising exposure.
• Eye for detail with fashion awareness and trends.
• Excellent organisational skills; ability to work independently and prioritise.
• Strong customer service focus with a track record of service.
• Good problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and locally relevant.
• Provide feedback on successful product lines and refresh ideas.
• Maintain all POS material and signage per company guidelines and update store visuals.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with store management.
