Job summary

Primark Kingston is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser to manage in-store presentation and drive customer appeal across windows, mannequins, and displays.

You will work 30 hours per week across shifts 07:00–16:00, four days with weekends, in a fixed-term contract through 02/01/2027. Join a team delivering stylish, market-ready visuals that boost sales and reflect Primark’s brand.

Qualifications

• Some previous retail or visual merchandising experience.
• Eye for detail and awareness of fashion trends.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Good problem-solving and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to reflect the Primark customer through product presentation, windows and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and locally relevant.
• Provide feedback on successful product lines and refresh/alternative products.
• Maintain all picture and poster POS in line with company guidelines and keep up to date throughout the store.
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the store management team.
