As Creative Traffic Planner, you will act as the central point of coordination, meticulously managing project timelines, assigning tasks effectively based on team capacity, skill sets, and project requirements. What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with stakeholders to clarify objectives, manage expectations, and align on priorities
  • Managing creative studio space on workflow software, to organise, plan, and collaborate on work effectively, assigning tasks based on team resource, capacity, skill sets, and project requirements
  • Conducting weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with the Creative Director and the rest of the team
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines
  • Develop an annual road-map of design requirements across all brands, identifying peak periods and allocating resources accordingly
  • Oversee/streamline the briefing process for creative, ensuring clear and actionable briefs are developed
About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience in studio management, within a creative agency or internal creative team and a good knowledge of creative processes and an understanding of brand and design principles
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and managing stakeholders
  • Highly organising with strong time-management abilities
  • Problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Hybrid role
