Job Description:

Protocol Education is seeking a creatively inclined Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND in a Cambridge-based school. The role involves fostering creativity in the classroom to inspire students with diverse needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning disabilities.

You will assist with daily classroom activities, provide 1:1 support, and use your creative skills to engage and positively influence students' learning experiences. Building strong relationships and rapport with students is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND or children in general, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for creating an encouraging educational environment. Experience in youth groups, sports coaching, or after-school clubs is also valuable.
