Creative/Theatrical/Artistic Learning Support Assistant
Protocol Education are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant with a creative background to support in a SEND school in Chelmsford. This role is designed to foster creativity in the classroom, inspiring and encouraging SEND students.
The children you will be supporting have a variety of special needs, including ASD, Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), and complex learning disabilities, or may need behavioral support.
You will be required to aid in the daily activities of the classroom and use your creative background to uniquely support the SEND children. You will provide 1:1 support and create a positive atmosphere. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, along with the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with individual children, is important.
