Job summary

Positive Futures Recruitment is hiring a Creative Digital Tutor to join a specialist provision in Mansfield. You will deliver practical sessions that build technical skills and personal growth for young people facing barriers to learning.

The role focuses on creative digital disciplines such as app development, graphic design, digital marketing and more, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, learner records and progression.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
• A relevant Level 4 qualification.
• Experience within a Creative Digital discipline.
• Experience working with children and young people.
• Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners.
• Genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers and succeed.

Responsibilities

Location: Mansfield

Salary: £25,207 - £29,372 per annum (£15.37 - £17.91 per hour)

Full Time | Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week

Are you passionate about digital creativity and helping young people achieve their potential?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Creative Digital Tutor to join a specialist alternative provision setting supporting young people who may face barriers to learning. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your creativity and industry knowledge to inspire learners, develop their confidence, and help them achieve positive outcomes.

Working with small groups and individual learners, you will deliver engaging, practical sessions designed to develop both technical skills and personal growth.

The Role

As a Creative Digital Tutor, you will:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Creative Digital learning sessions.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
• A relevant Level 4 qualification.
• Experience within a Creative Digital discipline.

• A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers and succeed.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as some sites are not easily accessible by public transport.
