Job summary

Code and Theory in London seeks a Creative Technologist to fuse production engineering with visual design, scaling AI-assisted creative workflows and 3D scene automation for global campaigns. You will architect automated pipelines that transform content from concept to publishable assets across formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) while maintaining brand fidelity.

You'll collaborate with Art Directors and 3D Designers, integrate MCP bridges, ComfyUI workflows, and AI APIs (Adobe Firefly, Python tooling),

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Blender/Substance 3D/Cinema 4D, including shader graphs, lighting, and render engines.
• Scripting After Effects (ExtendScript/Expressions) or procedural pipelines for dynamic reframing and batch rendering.
• Integrating creative APIs, ComfyUI workflows, MCP bridges; Python experience is a plus.
• Experience advising senior creatives on content technology, automation, pipelines and AI.
• Familiar with content supply chain, DAM webhooks, and cloud API token management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to document current content workflows, tech and data flow opportunities.
• Build workflows to automate 2D/3D content production.
• Develop automated motion graphics pipelines with intelligent camera reframing for short-form campaigns.
• Architect automation bridges using MCP, ComfyUI, and AI coding environments to link 3D software with Adobe Firefly and DAMs.
• Recommend AI tech and APIs to automate content production.
• Work with Art Directors and 3D Designers to maintain pixel-accurate visuals and brand fidelity.
