Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a Creative Teaching Assistant in Lewisham to support the lead teacher with engaging lessons and one-to-one student support. You will help prepare resources, assist with assessments, and contribute to classroom management in a school setting.

Ideal candidates will have GCSEs or equivalent, experience in education, and strong communication and teamwork skills. A Teaching Assistant qualification and First Aid certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting.
• Teaching Assistant qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
• Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
• Contributing to the overall classroom management
• Assisting with student assessments and feedback
