Protocol Education is seeking creative-minded teaching assistants, such as those with backgrounds in acting, drama, or musical arts, to work in primary schools in Dudley.
As a teaching assistant, you will support students both one-to-one and within classroom settings, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Successful candidates will encourage student development through sensory play and interaction, understanding social cues and skills, and teaching independent living skills to students with diagnoses such as autism, speech and language difficulties, severe learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
These schools are particularly interested in candidates who can apply their creative skills within early years and primary education to maintain an engaging and meaningful learning experience.

All pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles in the future.
