Job summary

The University of Lincoln is seeking an ambitious, organised Talent Development Coordinator to lead delivery of Routes In, a major three-year programme funded by Arts Council England, spanning partnerships with authorities, schools, colleges, universities and cultural organisations in Greater Lincolnshire.

You will coordinate apprenticeships, mentoring and careers events, build the Creative Careers Network, and ensure inclusive access to creative careers across the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating projects or programmes.
• Ability to build partnerships across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate five creative apprenticeships and placements.
• Develop mentoring, employability and leadership programmes.
• Organise careers events, conferences and workshops.
• Build and coordinate the Greater Lincolnshire Creative Careers Network.
• Support Arts Council England reporting and governance.
• Develop resources to explain creative career pathways.
• Collaborate with employers, educators and local authorities.
• Champion inclusion and widening access to opportunities.
