Job summary

Rise & Fall, a fast-growing UK startup, is seeking a London-based Creative Strategist to own social culture-driven paid and organic content. You’ll work with the Head of Content to turn insights into ideas, shape briefs, and produce engaging native content.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in social strategy or creative-focused roles.
• Ability to shoot lightweight content or voiceovers when needed.
• Strong understanding of platform trends and performance signals.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, hypothesis-led briefs grounded in customer behavior and performance insights.
• Coordinate the creative process with editors and designers from brief to delivery.
• Support sprint cycles; capture assets, insights, and updates clearly.
• Conduct ongoing research to identify new hooks, formats, and storytelling angles.
• Review daily content performance and translate insights into recommendations.
