Job summary

Bullfinch Recruitment is partnering with a global growth marketing partner to hire a Creative Strategist Lead on a 1 year fixed term contract. This senior role drives creative strategy across US Social Casino, translating performance data into winning concepts.

You’ll lead a small creative pod, mentor strategists and editors, craft scripts and storyboards, and collaborate with media buyers to iterate on high-impact creative angles that convert.

Qualifications

• Proven creative strategy experience at a performance-driven agency or in‑house team with measurable results.
• Deep UGC and influencer expertise – you know how to use these as performance levers, not just brand plays.
• Strong scriptwriting skills and comfort shaping video content from concept to final cut.
• Data fluency – CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves should be second nature.

The Role

You’ll own creative strategy across our US Social Casino portfolio, leading a creative pod and translating performance data into winning concepts that drive real results.
