CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will work with a passionate team to create outstanding culinary experiences using fresh ingredients and uphold high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Creating a positive kitchen environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste.
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards and Health and Safety regulations.
