TIME Appointments Ltd in Chelmsford is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. You will own social content from idea to publication, crafting graphics, short-form videos and campaigns that align with brand objectives.

You will develop creative concepts, manage calendars, and analyze performance. The role requires at least two years in social media or digital marketing, with strong copywriting and video editing skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Experience developing content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with adaptable messaging.
• Hands-on video shooting/editing for short-form formats.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day social content from concept to publication.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned to marketing objectives.
• Produce graphics, carousels, short videos and campaign assets.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar for consistent posting.
• Analyze performance and report insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with teams to translate stories into digital content.
