The role involves ensuring high-quality creative images in alignment with brand requirements and maintaining organized files. Successful candidates must have a keen understanding of Adobe Photoshop and experience developing processes in a fast-paced environment. The Creative Retoucher is responsible for retouching creative assets in the Creative Team ensuring successful delivery on time and budget.
This involves processing the images output from the Creative Photographers and the Content Creators to ensure a high quality and consistent aesthetic to support that aligns with END.’s visual identity and values across the homepage, in store and all marketing channels.
The role accurately follows retouch notes provided by photographers, stylists, the Senior Brand Creative Manager and other relevant key stakeholders.
The Creative team is part of the Marketing department and is responsible for the concepting and delivery of high‑quality, in‑house creative content across multiple projects and platforms to ensure a best in class retail experience. The assets created by the Creative team will be used on all digital platforms and social channels.
