Urban Outfitters in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced store manager to lead a fast-paced fashion retail team. You will foster a creative store environment aligned with the VIBE philosophy, drive sales through exceptional service and visual excellence, and develop staff through coaching and performance planning.

The role requires proven management experience in fashion retail, strong operational skills and a deep understanding of Urban Outfitters culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail.
• Strong operational skills and focus on process.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market appeal.
• Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation and business sense.

Responsibilities

• People: Ability to recruit, motivate, develop and lead a team; manage performance development and coaching; identify and grow talent; model company standards.
• Leadership & Communication: Inspire teamwork, run productive meetings, delegate while enabling creativity, communicate clearly.
• Managing the Environment: Oversee customer service, train on standards, maintain positive store atmosphere; achieve mystery shop targets.
• Operations: Perform store procedures, manage stock loss, uphold Health & Safety regulations.
• Merchandising & Display: Manage department with VM for training, shipment placement, markdowns, transfers and standards.
• Commercial Awareness: Maximise sales through analysis of reports, respond to trends, stay aware of customer profiles and market.
