Role:

This role involves working closely with our Directors and Producers to conduct creative research and design for film treatments, pitch decks, and sales documents across our business lines. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the creative process by sharing your ideas and knowledge of art, photography, and design, aiming to secure funding for new projects and win awards for new business opportunities. The role also covers all design needs across the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist our Directors and Producers with their creative pitches.
2. Design treatments and presentations for all departments and offices.
3. Conduct creative research in film, video, archive, advertising, art, and photography.
4. Collaborate with other design team members to ensure high-quality pitches.
5. Design marketing materials such as posters, social media content, invites, and mailouts.
6. Edit images, perform grading, and photo compositing.
7. Handle VFX tasks including titles, lower thirds, credits, and animation.
8. Maintain the design team’s central-server folders.
9. Manage the company website and UK design server.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with layout software like Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Experience with video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere and After Effects, for treatments and social media content.
• Ability to work flexibly on projects with strict and changing deadlines.
• Ability to discuss creative briefs effectively with directors and producers, combining experience to deliver excellent responses.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate ambition to grow and meet client expectations.
• A passion for film, photography, art, design, and cultural trends.
