Role:

This role is to work closely with our Directors and Producers to conduct creative research and design for film treatments, pitch decks and sales documents across our lines of businesses, with the opportunity to input into the creative process sharing your ideas and knowledge of art, photography, and design, all in order to secure funding for new projects as well as job awards for new business opportunities. The role also encompasses all design needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities

●Assisting our roster of Directors and Producers with their creative pitches.

●Design of Treatments and Presentations for all departments across all our offices

●Creative research including film, video, archive, advertising, art and photography

●Collaborating with other Design team members to ensure each pitch is serviced to the highest quality.

●Design (posters, weekly social media content, invites, mailouts, marketing materials)

●Image editing, grading and photo comping

●VFX (titles, lower 3rds, credits, animation)

●General maintenance of the Design team central-server folders.

●Company website and UK design server admin

Key Skills and Experience

●Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

●Experience with other creative layout software: Keynote, Powerpoint and Google Slides

●Experience with video edit software (Adobe Premiere and After Effects required for treatments and social media content)

●The ability to work flexibly on occasional projects with strict and moving deadlines.

●The ability to discuss creative briefs with directors and producers & combine experience to create the very best response.

●Ability to take initiative. Ambition to grow and succeed client’s expectations.
