Twelve Twenty in Newton Abbot, UK, is seeking a talented Chef to join our well-established pub team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring our menu is executed to the highest standard while presenting food attractively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and standards.
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is of high quality.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to create new and innovative menu items.
• Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
