Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK, based in Central London, is seeking a highly organised Creative Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of creative projects across the studio. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and resources, coordinating with clients, freelancers and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

In this role you’ll bring structure to projects, identify risks early and help scale the Creative Studio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a Creative Project Management role within an agency environment.
• Experience working in performance marketing and project managing Paid Media assets is essential.
• Strong passion for process improvement, efficiency and operational excellence.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and resource plans.
• Experience working with freelancers and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
• Experience using Harvest or similar forecasting and time-tracking tools.
• Confidence working with data, budgets and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief to completion, including timelines, priorities, budgets and deadlines.
• Coordinate team and freelancer workloads, scheduling and capacity to keep projects running smoothly.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, utilisation and profitability, flagging any issues early.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and freelancers, managing feedback, approvals and expectations.
• Keep project information, workflows and documentation organised and up to date.
• Work with creative and delivery leads to improve processes, introduce new tools and help the studio operate more efficiently and effectively.
