Craft Agency Ltd. in the UK is creating a new project management function and is hiring the first dedicated PMs. You’ll own creative projects from brief through delivery, coordinating across concept, review and production while bridging the creative team, consultants and leadership.
The role is remote/hybrid with a focus on scaling processes, tracking budgets and improving workflows. You’ll join a small team that values initiative and client-focused delivery.
This is a creative communications agency whose clients include some of the UK’s largest and most recognisable employers, and this is a place that has never had dedicated project managers before. You’d be one of the first two, brought in to create the function from scratch – the tools, the templates, the way projects actually move from brief to delivery. There’s no inherited framework to slot into, so what the role becomes is partly up to you.
You’ll own creative projects – video, web, print, personalisation – from brief through to delivery. That means coordinating workflows across concept, review, approval and production; managing several projects at once with realistic timelines; and sitting as the bridge between the creative team, the consultants and leadership.
You’ll track budgets against agreed limits, flag risks early, and handle scope changes and their knock-on effects. You’ll also support the Studio & Ops Manager on resource planning and process improvement. This is not a bounded role; it will shift as the function matures, and that’s the point.
£32,000 – £40,000
Remote/hybrid working
Unlimited holiday
Quarterly team meet-ups
Open to candidates across the UK, with hubs in London & Manchester
You’ve come up through a smaller creative agency and moved into project management from a creative starting point – not a rigid process background.
You’ve managed deliverables across video, web and print, with real client exposure, and you’re self-motivated enough to thrive remotely. You’re someone who wants to contribute to client relationships, not just relay messages between teams.
