Job summary

THG in Manchester is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of interrelated projects supporting the MyProtein Activewear strategy using Monday.com. You will ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed quality standards with clear governance, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation across GTM workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple related projects in clothing/retail.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com as a programme and project management method.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience budgeting, resourcing, risk management and schedule delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define programme objectives and success measures using Monday.com.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, roadmaps, budgets and resource plans.
• Manage multiple interdependent projects ensuring coordinated delivery.
• Establish governance, reporting processes, risk controls and decision forums.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage risks, issues and changes, escalating as needed.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
• Prepare status reports and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure teams have resources and direction to deliver.
• Track benefits and confirm successful delivery at programme completion.
