Job summary

THG Nutrition in Manchester is seeking a Product Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of interrelated projects supporting MyProtein Activewear goals. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget discipline, and governance across cross-functional teams.

You’ll define programme scope using Monday.com, develop roadmaps and budgets, manage GTM workstreams, and report progress to senior leaders, driving benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple related projects within clothing/retail.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com as a programme management tool.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define programme objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and success measures.
• Develop the Critical Path and integrated programme plans, budgets and resources.

Why be a Product Programme Manager at THG Nutrition?

TheProduct Programme Managerwill be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a portfolio of interrelated projects that support the delivery of MyProtein Activewear strategic objectives . The role will ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed quality standards and with clear governance, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation . These items include the cross functional Product Critical Path and all Go To Market activities related to MyProtein Activewear.

As a Product Programme Manager you'll:

• Use Monday.com to define programme objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and success measures in line with the MyProtein Activewear strategy.
• Develop the Critical Path, maintain integrated programme plans, roadmaps, budgets and resource plans.
• Manage multiple interdependent projects such as Go To Market (GTM) activity, workstreams and project teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Establish programme governance, reporting processes, risk controls and decision‑making forums.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, identify blockers and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage programme‑level risks, issues, assumptions and changes, escalating where appropriate.
• Build strong working relationships with senior and cross functional stakeholders, partners and internal teams.
• Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, board papers and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure project managers and delivery teams have the resources, information and direction needed to deliver.
• Track programme benefits and confirms successful delivery at programme completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple related projects within the clothing/retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Monday.com as a programme and project management method.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level reporting.
• Ability to work across departments, suppliers and delivery teams in a matrix environment.
