Job summary

TurnerFox Recruitment is seeking an organised Account Manager to oversee creative production and POS campaigns for a leading consumer-facing brand in West London. The role covers end-to-end project management from brief to delivery, coordinating creative, production and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

You will be the day-to-day client contact, manage timelines, budgets and costs, and translate client requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or project management.
• Experience with creative production or POS.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of brand projects from brief to final delivery.
• Act as day-to-day contact for client and brand stakeholders.
• Coordinate creative, artwork, production and manufacturing activity.
• Manage timelines, budgets and project costs.
• Translate client requirements into clear project plans.
• Monitor live projects and keep trackers up to date.
• Quality-check presentations, artwork, renders and production materials.
• Ensure financial approvals and cost coverage.
• Identify delays, risks or quality issues and find solutions.
• Work with internal teams to maximise efficiency.
• Provide regular updates and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards.
