elasticStage Ltd is redefining physical and digital music with on-demand vinyl and CD production. The Creative Producer will turn ideas from Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM, and broader teams into finished videos, ads and social content.

You’ll blend hands-on content creation with coordination of artists and external creators to deliver fast, high-quality assets. You’ll work closely with the Paid Social Lead and agencies to own creative development, ensuring content is engaging, platform-native

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating short-form social, paid social or video-first content with a portfolio.
• Strong creative instincts to turn ideas into engaging concepts, hooks and scripts.
• Confident filming and editing quickly in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar.
• Comfortable presenting on camera.
• Experience briefing and managing external creators or freelancers.
• Highly organised across multiple briefs, creators and deadlines.
• Understanding of paid and organic social and what drives action.
• Genuine interest in music and independent artists.
• Bias towards getting things made.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into great content by collaborating across Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM and stakeholders.
• Develop creative variations and identify stronger approaches.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta ads; create on-camera content and explainers.
• Repurpose footage into platform-native content and ad variations.
• Source and manage UGC creators, musicians, presenters and freelancers.
• Coordinate weekly production plans, briefs, deadlines and approvals across teams.
