Flight Studio is seeking a Senior Creative Videographer to lead shooting, editing, motion design and audio output for our branded projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver work on time and to a high standard.

You’ll light, shoot and edit campaigns, mentor junior editors and shooters, and raise the creative and technical bar across the team while maintaining organized workflows and tight delivery timelines.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in branded content across production and post-production.
• Strong technical competency with camera systems, lighting, and on-set production.
• Portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, and social-first editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects; photo editing in Lightroom/Photoshop a plus.
• Deep knowledge of social media formats and trends.
• Excellent organization and project management; able to lead projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Own shooting, editing, motion design, and audio output across branded projects from concept to final delivery.
• Operate as hands-on videographer: set up camera, lighting, and audio on shoots.
• Shoot photography to support campaigns and brand deliverables.
• Deliver world-class editing for brands (e.g., Adobe Express, Stan, Fiverr, Treatwell, LinkedIn).
• Set and protect creative and technical standards across content; align with longform and shortform formats.
• Mentor junior editors/shooters; raise the creative and technical bar for the team.
• Maintain organized workflows, version control, and timely delivery.
