Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Creative & Organic Growth Lead in London. You will own the creative side of the testing machine, including briefs, scripts, and production, while driving organic growth through UGC campaigns and scalable formats.

Relocation to London by October 2026 is a condition of the offer. The role focuses on writing briefs, analyzing performance, and turning successes into repeatable templates in a fast-growing mobile/gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content that went viral at scale.
• Ability to design briefs and scripts for creators to execute.
• Strong understanding of vertical video formats and platform-native content.

Creative & Organic Growth Lead — write the briefs, make it go viral. London (remote until Oct 2026, then in-person).

Our client is a fast-growing consumer mobile / gaming company building a rigorous testing culture around what creative lands and why.

You’ll own the creative half of the testing machine — briefs, scripts, and getting them made — plus organic growth: finding what works, running UGC campaigns, and turning hits into repeatable formats.

What You’ll Do

• Write complete briefs and scripts so creators shoot without a single question
• Read creative analytics — hook rate, hold rate, cost per install — and iterate
• Turn one hit into a template that works again and again

What We’re Looking For

• A portfolio of things you’ve made go viral at real scale, with the numbers to back it
• Platform native — you live in TikTok and Reels, think in vertical video
• Volume and flop resilience: 3–5 variants a week, knowing most won’t win
• Relocation to London by October 2026 is a condition of the offer.
