Job description

Molinare Creative Group has over 50 years of experience, providing creative excellence to the film, TV, games, and commercial communities. The Molinare Creative Group is home to Notorious DIT, Molinare TV & Film, Voice, Sound Warriors, Elephant Goldfish and Pip Studios. Together, we provide an end-to-end solution to our clients, including dailies and DIT services, VFX, offline services, full creative post production, QC, mastering, foley, sound design, field records, casting, ADR, voice over, performance capture and localisation.

Boasting a multi award-winning team of creatives, the sharpest minds in technology and an unparalleled team of producers, we bring filmmakers stories to life. With state-of-the-art facilities in Central London, Bedfordshire, Reading and Ireland, we strive to constantly stay on the cutting edge of technology, collaborating with fellow disruptors to enable the creatives to stay creative.

The Position:

Join Molinare as a Creative Media Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract, this graduate-level role offers your first steps into the media industry, giving you hands-on experience across content creation, studio culture, and brand storytelling. You’ll be producing engaging short-form content, collaborating with teams, and occasionally supporting wider Molinare Group initiatives.

It’s a role that blends precision with freedom — working to tight briefs one moment and exploring original ideas the next. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, team spirit, and a creative edge. Someone who’s confident with cameras, comfortable in editing software, and curious about the way content connects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Capture, edit, and publish short-form video and audio content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and internal platforms.
  • Studio Culture & BTS Content: Film and document the energy, process, and personality of the Woburn and Soho studios — from behind-the-scenes moments to collaborative sessions.
  • Creative Briefs: Work to both clear, structured briefs and open, creative challenges where initiative, tone, and visual storytelling matter.
  • Cross-Team Support: Support internal teams — including brand and sales — by contributing to short showreels, visual assets, and presentation materials tailored to specific campaigns or job types.
  • R&D and Experimental Projects: Get involved in exploratory short-form projects that test new formats or creative approaches, helping expand how we represent our people, process, and thinking.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sound Warriors team and wider creative departments to support team-led content and promote individual creators internally and externally.
  • Content Organisation: Maintain a clear structure for digital assets, keeping content accessible, tagged, and up to brand standard.

General Duties:

In addition to the specific duties and responsibilities outlined in thisjob description, all employees should be aware of their specificresponsibilities towards the following:

  • Adhere to all health and safety and fire regulations and to co-operate with the company in maintaining good standards of health and safety.
  • Always adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards and not behave in a manner that is likely to bring the company into disrepute.
  • Promote and sustain a responsible attitude towards equal opportunities and diversity across the company.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to on-going learning and development and to participate in any training relevant to the role.
  • Be an active role model as a senior team member at Molinare.

This job description is not exhaustive. It merely acts as a guide and may be amended to meet the changing requirements of the company at any time after discussion with the post-holder.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong interest in video, audio, and social media content
  • Familiarity with camera operation and editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci or similar).
  • Ability to work to both precise and open-ended briefs.
  • Willingness to inject personality and creativity into content.
  • A proactive mindset and calm approach to fast-turnaround work.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Clear attention to detail and ability to manage digital assets.

Knowledge and Experience:

Formal qualifications are not essential. What matters is a passion for creative media, a willingness to learn, and a drive to collaborate. This role is ideal for someone looking to build meaningful skills in the real world of post-production, sound, and content storytelling.

We are committed to accessible hiring practices to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates. As part of our dedication to inclusivity, we welcome applicants to inform us if any amendments or accommodations are needed during the interview process to support their application. Your comfort and accessibility are important to us, and we are happy to make any necessary arrangements to facilitate your interview experience.
